Do you want to learn 3D design and printing? I can help!
I began my teaching career in 2004 at Foster High School in Richmond, TX where I had the privilege of teaching engineering design and CAD classes. I had 10 amazing years there, where I was nominated for the district Star Tech Teacher award and voted by my peers as Foster's 2012 Teacher of the Year. During my last two years at Foster, I served as Department Chair of the Career and Technical Education department. In 2014 I resigned my position at Foster in order to follow a calling to spend more time with my own family while teaching homeschool families at a STEM facility in Sugar Land. The last two years have been a blessing as I have had the unique opportunity to work with students and parents in the areas of 3D printing, Engineering Design, and Robotics. During this time I have also been able to serve as a robotics team mentor and coach in both the FIRST Tech Challenge and FIRST Lego League.
Currently, I am teaching homeschool classes on Wednesdays, and I am looking to expand my teaching schedule specifically in the 3D printing and design area. I have multiple 3D printers that can be brought to different locations where I can teach on different weekdays. If you are part of a group that would like to learn 3D design from an experienced and passionate teacher, I would like to talk with you! Please contact me through this form below.
